                                    Exhibition Planning & Curation

We have worked with clients to plan exhibits from A to Z, and have also curated exhibits for clients who need to augment their own curatorial staff.

Whether a large museum or a private collector, you can look to us for for high-quality and imaginative exhibit plans, as well as firsthand experience working with exhibit designers and fabricators.

Ship environment, telling stories of Franklin's 'maritime observations'
We curated and planned the 8,000-square-foot traveling exhibition "Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World."  In collaboration with exhibit and media designers and other firms, we implemented and traveled the exhibition to five U.S. venues and to Paris.  View project page

We are curating the permanent exhibition for the forthcoming Benjamin Franklin Museum at Franklin Court.  In collaboration with exhibit and media designers, we are planning and implementing all aspects of the new Museum.  View project page

We curated the onboard exhibition for the Civil War Road Show - "Transformations: Pennsylvanians and the Civil War."  In an expandable tractor-trailer, the exhibit will visit all 67 counties in the state during the 150th anniversary of the War.  We provided all of the content for both the physical and interactive exhibits, and coordinated the work of all the subcontractors on the project.  View project page

It now looks as though the show -- Benjamin Franklin: In Search of a Better World...will draw about 200,000 visitors...There has been nothing like it in memory.  No history exhibition in Philadelphia has even come close to those numbers.
