Operating and managing a historic site or museum, particularly one that is new or growing, can be daunting. We have worked with clients to develop operation and management plans, from staffing to visitor flow to financial projections. Ideally, the operation and management is “invisible” to visitors, but is nevertheless a key ingredient in the visitor experience. We promote as much forward-thinking as possible to enable clients to budget and develop realistic projections.
