                                    Strategic & Master Planning

Strategic and master planning provide the building blocks for a successful project, or for organizations looking for ways to “take the next step.”

We do not take a cookie-cutter approach to planning, but instead prefer to work with you to determine the best approach for your particular needs.

Your vision is the starting point.  After examining your short- and long-term goals, we can help create a clear project roadmap with critical paths, schedules, and tools for successful implementation.

At a planning meeting in Harrisburg for the Civil War Road Show
In advance of planning the Civil War Road Show, we conducted a feasibility study.  This involved surveying and creating a database of potential hosts, and preparing a project budget.  View project page

For Ben Franklin 300, we coordinated the Philadelphia consortium of institutions related to Franklin to produce a citywide celebration.  We also convened and served as staff liaisons to the federal commission, which provided oversight for the national and international celebrations.  View project page

Ros and Page are very aware of the environmental and economic issues that we are all dealing with and, as a result, are able to effectively bring their personal and professional insights to any project they’re engaged in.
