                                    Project Management

You want your project to stay on schedule and within budget.  As project managers, we act as your eyes and ears, working with designers, fabricators, and vendors of all types to ensure that your needs are center-stage.

From small exhibits to full-service museums, effective project management can mean the difference between an exasperating experience and one in which your mission and goals are fully and successfully realized.

Every aspect of what was a very complex consortial, multi-media, and international project was carried out flawlessly, bringing great credit to the participating institutions, the funding agencies, and the city of Philadelphia.

For the forthcoming Benjamin Franklin Museum at Franklin Court, we are working closely with Park staff and other firms to manage its development.  In addition to interpretive planning, curation and content development, our work includes budget management, hiring of subcontractors, and work with the architects, exhibit and media designers to see the Museum through to completion.  View project page
